Give your beloved car a fresh start! Detail it with a new ceramic coating by the best of the best in town! But what exactly is a ceramic coat? A nano-ceramic coating system is an ultra-durable layer of glass covering every inch of your vehicle’s surface. This acts as a barrier between your paint and harmful elements on the road
Think of it as a sacrificial layer on your car’s surface to safeguard the paint and clear coat underneath. If you live in an area where winter ice and snow are prominent, this protective layer will make those harsh chemicals easier to remove due to the coating’s hydrophobic properties. Moreover, it acts as an extra shield from environmental pollutants, tree sap, scratches from road salt, grime, dirt, industrial fallout dust, binding brake dust, and anything else that tries to ruin your car’s paint job. Overall, it helps your beloved ride stay cleaner longer!
The application process can be very tedious to do without help, that is why Maintenance Mobile Detailing is here to take care of that for you! Maintenance Mobile Detailing also knows that adequate preparation is critical for a long-lasting coating on top of having the right equipment. That is why before every application, we make sure to understand everything about your car.
The first step is to resolve the car’s paint. We spend a lot of time correcting a vehicle’s exterior before applying the ceramic coat. When needed, we perform paint correction and address any minor scratches, unwanted marks, and faded paint on the surface before applying. The vehicle’s surface must be perfect before applying the base coat as the imperfections will be very hard to correct after the application of the first layer.
We use the finest pro-grade EVO professional ceramic coatings by Gyeon® Ceramics. This tough nano ceramic coating will add incredible levels of depth to the paint along with unbelievable water and dirt repellency and a rugged durability measured in years. It’s the best ceramic coating we have found and has been known to outperform its competitors such as Ceramic Pro. Gyeon ceramic coating is applied to the vehicle’s paint, plastic trim, glass windows, wheel rims and can even be applied to the interior fabric and carpet as a stain guard. Our ceramic coating comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The price of the coating will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle’s paint, color of vehicle, and the size of vehicle. You can spend anywhere from $500-$3,500 depending on the scope of the project.
For maintaining ceramic coatings we recommend you wash their car regularly utilizing a hand wash. Ceramic coatings on your vihicle require at least once a month maintenance for maximum protection and an enhanced gloss finish. We do not recommend you take your car through a tunnel car wash system as it will put swirl marks in the ceramic coating and ruin the paint job as well as integrity of the coating itself.
We do not recommend you take your car through a tunnel car wash system as it will put swirl marks on the coating and void the warranty. We recommend you to wash the car regularly for proper maintenance
When we finalize the correction process, our Maintenance Mobile Detailing technicians apply the Gyeon® ceramic coating by hand with a one-inch soft foam applicator. The last step is to ensure the ceramic coat cures for 6 hours to achieve a hydrophobic surface and a permanent bond.
A properly applied ceramic coat will show water beads (a phenomenon that occurs on the body paint when water droplets form on top of the painted surface instead of sticking). We make sure the coating is maintained in a controlled environment during the curing time to ensure proper bonding to the car’s paint.
Annual Inspections must be carried out by an approved applicator, within 30 days before or after the anniversary date of the last service to maintain the warranty. Failure to undertake an annual inspection within the required period will void the warranty
Whether it’s your truck or your Porsche, Maintenance Mobile Detailing got you covered. The price tag of our services will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle’s paint and the vehicle’s color and size. You can spend anywhere from $500-$3,500, depending on the scope of the project.
